About this policy
This policy applies to the SLYK website at slyk.ai and to SLYK apps for iOS, Android, and web, provided by Oleg Filimonov. It explains what information we use, why we use it, and how you can manage it.
Information you give us
Browsing the website does not require an account. If you create an account, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and password. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the basic profile information they share with us, such as your name and email address. If you contact us or book a call, we use the details you send to reply and to arrange the call.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting, security, analytics, and error-reporting services may process IP addresses, device and operating-system details, app versions, request times, pages visited, usage events, and crash or error details. If you allow push notifications, we store a device token so we can send them. This helps us operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve SLYK.
How information is used and shared
We use information to provide and secure accounts, send verification and account emails or messages, deliver notifications you have enabled, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We share information only with the service providers listed below, as needed to run SLYK, or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as language and theme, and protect the service from abuse. You can clear them in your browser or device settings, but some features may stop working.
International processing
Our service providers may process information outside your country of residence. Their locations and transfer safeguards depend on the provider and service. Where applicable, international transfers must follow the safeguards required by data-protection law.
Retention and deletion
Account details are kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated information by contacting themraction@gmail.com. We may keep limited records where the law requires it or where needed to prevent abuse. Uninstalling an app alone does not delete your account.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. California residents may also have applicable rights concerning sale or sharing and non-discrimination. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
SLYK is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information without the required consent, contact themraction@gmail.com so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
Security
We use safeguards intended to protect personal information, but no system is completely secure. Keep your device and sign-in credentials secure. If a data breach requires notification under applicable law, we will provide that notification.
